Small dogs and cats are welcome to stay with us but will not be allowed to use public areas. There will also be a supplement to cover the cost of disinfecting.Tax end vat inclusive in price.
Reservation terms
All reservations must be made either by e-mail, fax, telephone or through our online booking system. Credit card details are required before any reservation can be considered confirmed (Visa, Master Card). Your credit card details are required only as a guarantee for the reservation, 30% in advance and the remaining amount to be settled on the day of departure or in cases where our cancellation policy is applicable. Only reservations confirmed by fax or e-mail can be accepted, reservations cannot be confirmed by telephone.Cancellation Policy
No charge will be debited to your credit card for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations made within 7 days from arrival date there will be a charge of 30% of the total sojourn. In the case of no show, there will be a charge of one night plus 50% of the total sojourn. In the case of early departure, the total amount of your sojourn will be charged to your credit card.General information
